2.  Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing 

We collect and process your personal data in connection with a film or television production (the”Production”) for which we hold the producer’s rights. You have contributed to the Production  either as an author or creator (e.g., screenwriter, producer, director, actor, cinematographer, composer, editor, etc.), a participant (e.g., an extra), or another type of contributor (e.g., an invester), and we have entered into an agreement regarding this contribution through a contract (the “Contract”).

The processing is necessary to document our rights and to enable payments such as royalties or profit shares in accordance with the Contract.

3. What Information Do We Process

We process the following information about you:

Name, Danish Civil Registration Number (CPR number), Address, Email adress, Bank account details

4. Retention Period

As film and television productions are subject to copyright legislation and may be protected for up to 70 years after the death if the last surviving copyright holder, we retain your personal data for as long as the rights to the Production exist, or for as long as required by applicable law.

5. Disclosure of Information

In certain cases, your personal data may be shared with third parties, such as advisors, representatives, or service providers. This will only occur to the extent necessary to provide an agreed service or to administer matters such as salary payments or other compensation under the Contract.

Tranfers to countries outside the EU/EEA will only take place if the European Commission has determined that the country ensures an adequate level of data protection.

We may also be required to disclose information in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations, investigate complaints, or respond to requests and inquiries form authorities.
